Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "z888," "we," "us," "our" refers to the z888 gaming platform, operated under an international gaming license, accessible at z888.games.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the z888 platform or otherwise accesses the z888 website or any of its services.
• "Platform" means the z888 website, mobile-optimised interface, games lobby, sportsbook, and all associated features and services made available at z888.games.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the z888 registration process.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated account balance held by a Player within the z888 platform, funded by deposits and affected by gameplay, withdrawals, and promotional credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive offered by z888 to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 7 of these Terms & Conditions.
• "Licensing Authority" means the regulatory body under whose jurisdiction z888 holds its international gaming license.

Access to the z888 platform and participation in any game or betting market is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. z888 enforces this age restriction without exception. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings may be forfeited in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.
• You are registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from z888 or any affiliated platform, and you are not the subject of any active exclusion order issued by a recognised responsible gaming authority.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any employee of z888, its parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliated gaming providers.

z888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by z888 may result in account suspension and withdrawal restriction until verification is complete.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the z888 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 7.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. z888 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Never share your z888 login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your z888 account at the end of every session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact z888 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

z888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Transactions completed using your correct login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified z888 of a security breach.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your account — including your name, contact details, and payment method details — remains accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

z888 operates a native Pakistani Rupee (PKR) wallet. All deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals are conducted in PKR. z888 does not charge currency conversion fees at any stage of a transaction.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• JazzCash (minimum deposit: PKR 200)
• EasyPaisa (minimum deposit: PKR 200)
• SadaPay (minimum deposit: PKR 200)
• HBL Internet Banking (minimum deposit: PKR 500)
• UBL Internet Banking (minimum deposit: PKR 500)

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 300 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• z888 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, subject to verification status and the absence of any active wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• Withdrawals from accounts that have claimed a bonus may be subject to an applicable wagering requirement. The real-money component of the wallet balance remains withdrawable at any time; only bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering restrictions.
• z888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Standard required documentation includes a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of ownership of the payment method being used.

z888 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and over only. Bonus eligibility may be further restricted based on account verification status, deposit history, or geographic location.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible Player once only.
• z888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's account will continue to be governed by the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance portion of the PKR wallet and are kept separate from real-money funds. Bonus funds become withdrawable only upon full completion of the applicable wagering requirement.
• During an active bonus, a maximum bet restriction may apply. Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted stake while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• z888 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting a wagering requirement, and exploiting technical errors or miscalculations in bonus terms.

The z888 platform offers cricket betting, live casino games (including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Andar Bahar, and Teen Patti), slot games, color games, and fortune bingo. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed by the z888 platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation except in circumstances where z888 has determined that a technical error has affected the outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round or a live betting event, z888's server records will be the definitive record of the state of play at the time of disconnection. z888 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Cricket betting markets are settled in accordance with z888's cricket betting rules, which are published in the cricket section of the platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered (e.g., reduction in overs under DLS method), markets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rule set.
• All slot games and RNG-based games on z888 use certified Random Number Generator technology. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous and subsequent rounds.
• z888 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a clear and demonstrable technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being offered or an incorrect outcome being displayed. Players will be notified of any such voidance and the relevant stake will be returned to the PKR wallet.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the z888 platform. z888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any of the following activities, and to void and forfeit any winnings derived from such conduct:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one registered account on the z888 platform, whether simultaneously or sequentially.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Making fraudulent deposits, initiating unjustified chargebacks with a payment provider, or providing false payment information.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other Players at live casino tables or in any other game format in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other Players.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between z888 and other platforms in a manner that constitutes risk-free or near-risk-free betting at the expense of z888.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through means not intended by z888, including the use of multiple accounts, fictitious personas, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Underage Play: Registering as a Player, or allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.
• Money Laundering: Using the z888 platform to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. z888 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to play games or place bets on the z888 platform without human input.

All content on the z888 platform — including but not limited to the z888 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of z888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the z888 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the z888 platform without express written authorisation from z888.
• Using the z888 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the z888 platform.
• Creating derivative works based on z888 content or game interfaces.

Any unauthorised use of z888 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

z888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on z888, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities on z888 include:

• Collection of registration data (name, date of birth, contact details) for the purposes of account creation, identity verification, and responsible gaming compliance.
• Processing of payment data for the purposes of deposit facilitation and withdrawal processing. z888 does not store full payment credentials — payment processing is handled by third-party payment service providers operating under their own data security standards.
• Collection of gameplay and betting activity data for the purposes of platform improvement, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
• Use of cookies and similar technologies to maintain session integrity and deliver a personalised platform experience. Cookie usage is governed by z888's Cookie Policy.

z888 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party service providers where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

z888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. z888 takes its obligations under its international gaming license seriously and provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that will prompt them to take a break after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing time elapsed and net gaming activity during the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from gaming of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but no deposits or gameplay are permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the chosen period. To request self-exclusion, contact z888 support via live chat.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z888 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the z888 platform, even if z888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access — whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, regulatory action, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or market data displayed on the z888 platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

z888's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their z888 PKR Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude z888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

z888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, z888 will notify registered Players by email or by means of a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the z888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account, at which point any withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document will be updated each time these Terms & Conditions are amended. Players are encouraged to review this document periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing their use of z888.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which z888 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or to your use of the z888 platform, shall be subject to the following resolution process:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaints: All complaints must first be submitted to z888's customer support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. z888 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and will aim to provide a full resolution within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with z888's internal resolution, you may request that the matter be reviewed by a senior member of the z888 compliance team. This review will be completed within a further 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Licensing Authority: If the matter remains unresolved following internal escalation, you may refer the complaint to the Licensing Authority under whose jurisdiction z888 operates. Details of the relevant Licensing Authority and the applicable complaints procedure are available from the z888 compliance team upon request.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where the circumstances so require.
